I had these same symptoms before (or they seem the same) It could be a bladder infection. My doctor explained that since the urethra is so close to the vagina, and your butt, often things get into it, and reach the bladder. Check your urine for blood. Do you have alot of pain and discomfort while ********* ? My doctor just gave me a prescription, i had to take 2 pills a day, and it was completely healed in 5 days. If i've got it wrong, sorry. It could be a bladder infection.
My doctor explained that since the urethra is so close to the vagina, and your butt, often things get into it, and reach the bladder.

Check your urine for blood.
Do you have alot of pain and discomfort while ********* ?
