		<description>I had something very similar - The culprit was Charmin toilet paper.  It wasn&#039;t scented or anything special, just plain Charmin.  Haven&#039;t used it since.  This happened at least 20 years ago - but very memorable.  

The cause could be anything that touches the area.  Could be clothing was was washed in something new.  Could be toilet paper from somewhere other than your home.  Begin eliminating use of one item at a time to see if you can isolate the culprit.
